FNB...THEY SAY HOW CAN THEY HELP BUT THEY DONT...

I was an FNB Client and everytime i visited a branch to do banking or do anything at enquiries i was offered credit, vredit card, revolving loan, overdraft etc.I was just told i was approved for these high amounts and i accepted.FNB did not do any offordabiity assessment and eventhough i had an homeloan with them as well.i eventually used up all the credit and could not meet my financial obligations i sold a vehicle and i used the money to pay back some of the credit only to be back at where i started.During August 2016 i was employed at absa bank and it was compulsory to open an absa account to receive my salary,as a result my salary was deposited into my absa account and i use to transfer money to my dnb account to pay my credit.FNB contacted me and i advised them of this but their rude consultant stated that i had broken my obligation as my salary needed to be deposited into my fnb account i tried to explain but this oerson did not listen i also wrote about this on hellopeter but fnb never responded. The consultant stated that he was handing the account to legal for the full amount due on the overdraft.I told him i was not aware if this.I also wrote a complaint to the ombudsman for banking service and the ombudsman asked fnb to resolve the matter and they did not contact me to resolve the matter.I have received an update from the Ombudsman that an adjudicator has been appointed on my complaint.FNB continues to threathen me and are demanding that i pay them them the full amount even though i cannot afford it.This bank has given me credit recklessly and i am being threathened. This is a ruthless bank who think they are above the law.
