FNB they are so unprofessional

First National Bank they have put hold in my account for no reason , I just opened my fnb account and I deposited the money so that I can use it to go to work now , I can't withdraw the money right now , I haven't been going to work for the last 2 days because I don't have money for transport because fnb have put hold on my account for no reason, 08-09-2025 I went to the fnb brunch I was told that they've sent the email to the relalevant department even now I haven't got help , my job is suffering I can't go to work because I can't access my transport money ,please I advice people to stop using FNB because their service is very poor , I will remind my family and friends to avoid FNB by all means
