FNB they are a joke

<p>i opened my account with them a few years ago.all was great until i singned my self up for this premium acc thought this will be great with the benefits. so all was well then istarted to use my card for toll gates R10.50 in the morning and R4.50 in the afternoon then my acc went into the minus that i did not know so they charged me R75.00 per transaction on a R15.00 bill and not only once they carged me for a amount of more than R1500 in the past 2 months so lets see how they will sort this out. then they also tell you to switch you will have all the benefits credit card , personal loan all of that my name is clean but they cant help me because i have no credit come on guys really that is what im triyng to do build my name but you the bank must also help so please lets see what is going to happen now</p>
