Fnb there to take money.

You take my opion ***** peoples hard earned money. For a debit order of R28 and the other 251 you go and take R220 for unpaid fees. First you nail me with Help with covid funds that I did not even use but charge me ineterist. This bank is all about taking your money.. Nothing like there ad says we are here to help. Only to help yourself by taking hard earned money from people using your bank. Really pathetic servise. Even if one tries to explain what happened you still go ahead just helping yourself to money. But i hear by others that this bank is going bad. Very very bad and sad
