FNB Their software problem but they hand onto my money

HI Having received monies for holiday rental into Paypal I wished to transfer the funds from Paypal to my current account with Nedbank. Having discovered i could not do this without registering with FNB online for Paypal for non FNB customers I attempted to do so. All well till final submission of the online application form when i got a message that "Some errors have occurred( E694). Tried again with same result so on 3rd Jan I phoned your call centre and spoke with a very helpful and courteous Ahvinesh Paul who after several queries to his manager etc while I stayed on the line for an extended period, established that the glitch was in the FNB software. Many years ago I did the banking for an NGO Interface KZN and thus at that time had an profile to effect internet banking. I have not in the past and I do not have a personal FNB account. He assured me "Admin " would revert to me within 48 hours and I send him a copy of the error message etc. On 6th January having heard nothing I again contacted the call centre and again had pleasant dealings with another employee and once again forwarded the same attachment showing the error message etc. This time to Lineo.mabote @fnb who once agains assured me that the technical person concerned would contact me within 24 hours as the query had been "escalated" . She stayed on the line to confirm she had received an email from me with the required attachment showing the error. When I still had not heard back from FNB on 10th January I snt another email to both Akvinesh and Lineo.....to date a deafening silence. The glitch is in your software. I am unable to transfer my funds from paypal to my own account as for some bizarre reason it has to go thru FNB in South Africa, who of course take a percentage. By SA law I cannot leave the funds in a Paypal account for longer than 30 days. But how do I transfer them FNB will not open the account for me. By now I am not only broke but totally frustrated. No response to sending a message on Messenger on their Face book page on Monday,
