FNB THE WORST OF ATHE WORST
They are the worst bank to deal with. They dont even respond to their own complaints - lodged a complain every day for a week without any feedback. To get them to answer the phone every time takes 40 minutes. Then they cut you off. Terrible bank.

29 Mar 2021, 17:18Nobody has come back to me. I have called 23 times and on average waited 30 mins per call for answer. 2 consultants today didnt know how to help, so they just put the phone down.
