FNB THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

The worst insurance service provider EVER. I was in a car accident beginning of august. My vehicle was said to be written off then a month later they decided to fix it. Poor feedback and constantly had to ask for feedback. Then I was told by NuWagon that I need to pay them myself not FNB thereafter I was told that the assessor did not pick up on additional damages. It’s now two months later they still do not know when my vehicle repairs will start and no idea when parts will arrive either. Mind you they made me return the courtesy vehicle saying that they have given me more than enough time with the courtesy vehicle but all these delays are their fault. Today still no feedback on what additional damages are and they still have no idea when the vehicle will be repaired!!!!
