FNB the worst financial institution ever!!!!!!!!!

Last year, we opened a new business and app**** for a bank account with FNB for our business. Upon application, fully filled out and submission of ALL supporting documents, FNB kept sending notices of the inactive account, requiring the same documents we sent upon application. These notices continued for months after application and resending of these documents and no receipt of 'successful application' was ever received. To this day, FNB has never sent any communication regarding the attempt to open this bank account. Fast forward to today, a Third company called to advise the company has been handed over for the ACTIVE ACCOUNT, which FNB never activated and in arrears with R430....Are you kidding me???? Your broken system and ineffective procedures caused us to never being able to even use this account on any documents as proof of actually having a bank account with you?! FNB disregarded our request/application to having a bank account and now using GHOST information to de***** people of money for a GHOST account!!!!I will never ever ever make use of this institution ever again, I am ever sorry for ever having my home loan with you, as you are lost and prey on creating scenarios that never existed to de***** people..What a shame and I thought I could at least continue with this bank in future..Never, I am forever disgusted in this experience!!!!!!!!!
