FNB the worst ever

I have a business revolving loan i was sent notification that with the interest rate cut my re payment amount would be reduced till today this has not happended. when you call for help i am told call *** option one i tried for hours and the call just gets cut, dont know maybe i should stop paying the loan the FNB will contact me very quick.
