FNB THE WORST BANK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

My daughter opened a bank account at FNB in 2022 and is still waiting on her Bank card. After numerous attempts to get it, she did not bother anymore. She is a teacher so she is unable to visit the branch during the week before 15:30. Today she received a LETTER OF DEMAND from FNB to pay R419.17!! How is this possible?? She has not done any transactions, nor internet banking because she has not yet received her banking card!!!!! FNB will NEVER see her or us!!
