FNB the worst bank to deal with!!!

This has got to be the worst bank to deal with. I have had endless problems with both my personal and business accounts. There is little to no customer care or after sales service. I have asked numerous times for the KYC documents to be corrected and till date nothing. How do people have business accounts with this provider and expect a decent turnover when majority of your time is spent trying to get in touch with the permissions department to correct their own mistakes. It doesn't matter how many times or languages you explain your needs, you will still be given the run around. I would recommend moving your business to another provider who actually listens to what the customer needs. Its going on 3 weeks now and I have lost out on money due to their negligence. Next step is the ombud!!!
