FNB the worst bank to deal with

i have had the most pathetic service in the most desperate of times were we look to out banking institutions for help. i have had huge financial loss of income during this covid 19 pandemic and being an fnb customer i app**** for the covid19 assistance from fnb. i had sent all documents needed and have had little to no feedback after 2weeks+ yet my debits from fnb ran as normal and even after tryingto call the customer care line the agents hang up on me. now i have no funds no income and no assistance
