FNB the worst bank ever!!!dont trust them!!

I cancelled a service 2 months ago and the company still debits my account!last month I was able to reverse it on my app . This month I am unable to do it because debit reversal System doesn’t work on the app.i spoke to Sandisiwa Mafika who refused to help me!!
