FNB THE WORST BANK EVER - KYC - FICA DEPARTMENT

I am disgusted with the FNB Level of service.

I am unable to transact using my FNB Bank card or online services.

I have sent all my required KYC Documents to be verified yet my account has been put on hold.

i went as far as submitting my proof of address as well as my ID document to the branch but to my dismay My account is till on hold.

why am i being sent from pillar to post and not being assisted?
