FNB the worst bank ever

FNB is the worst bank ever.

I am about to loose a house because of Fnb diepkloof, i app**** for a house with an agent and the agent picked up that i was in arrears with an account from FNB, i was not aware of the arrears but because i am a widow with 3 children with no house for my kids i decided to pay it off, so i went to the bank around January to try pay it off but the consultant could not find the account that i am in arrears with and they called the head office but the first day was not successful, the consultant asked me to come back the following day which i did, they managed to figure out what account i need to pay, i paid and was told that i can get my account statements to show that i am not in arrears which is what the house agent needed, i came back after 7 working days but they advised that i come again after 6 working days, i agreed and came back and when i came back i was told thesame story again, i came back today on the 11th of February 2025 and to my shock i was told thesame story by the line manager who goes by the name of Nobesuthu, i feel disrespected and hurt because i might loose the house because of this and the line managed showed no care, she even stated that she needs to attend to other people, i am a widow with 3 children i am trying to buy a house for me and my children and the line manager can only say that theirs nothing they can do on there side, thank you so much FNB for destroying my hopes and dreams, all i needed was just a statement account to show i am not in arrears.
