Fnb the worst bank ever
This could possibly be the worse banks I have ever dealt with. I have been using their secure chat for assistance and I am being transfered from 1 person to another with no assistance whatsoever just wasted time. My account has been debited for something that I have cancelled and I have proof thereof but I am being told one the one side someone will contact me within 7 to 14 working days, others have told me that the premier accounts department should assist me immediately. I have had my account hacked before and it was easier for the hackers to get my money than for me to get my money back. I really need to change banks. Fnb has gone from bad to worse.

08 Jun 2020, 10:18On Saturday, a Lynette of FNB called me, I however missed the call. She only tried contacting me once. Wow, once! She left me a text advising that I could contact her. I contacted the number and again as per usual, remote voicemail advising that my call is not within office hours. Totally baffled. Why leave a contact number if I cant even contact you? It just gets worse. I tried contacting FNB premier banking now, was holding on the line for nearly 10min, ran out of airtime, tried purchasing airtime and "the service is unavailable". What if I was dealing with an emergency and needed to contact help? What a Monday.
