FNB-The worst *********** bank ever

This is worst bank I’ve ever come across.Three weeks ago I wrote such a positive review about FNB and wish I hadn’t done it.I’m struggling again to make payments towards my debt.Since the 4th I’ve been calling and going to FNB Merino for feedback but nothing.When you call all the numbers you been given it’s either there no one to take you or they pick and redirect your call when you had already been holding on for more than 40minutes or more.Yesterday was worse I spent almost the whole day calling FNB with no joy.I literally had to recharge my phone twice for the same reason (calling FNB).I requested for a discount so I can settle my account but this point I don’t even want the discount I just need pay FNB and get them out of my life bcos IVE HEARD IT THIS FNB.I made a payment on the same on the 3rd of June but this month July I couldn’t make a payment.The reason for this is they changed the account number just like their phone numbers that change every second day.Employees at this bank can give you ten different numbers to call on the same day which I don’t understand.These employees don’t even know the different departments contact numbers if I may tell you.You will be sent from pillar to post by FNB employee for one thing for the whole 5months.I literally have to beg FNB to pay them.For 5months I begged for an account number to settle my credit card,from February and I only managed to settle it on the 27thJune for R12529.90.Now I want to settle my revolving credit account, same struggle with this bank.I’ve never experienced what I’m going through with FNB AND I HATE THIS BANK FOR WHAT THEY PUTTING ME THROUGH JUST FOR WANTING TO PAY THEM.I curse the day I came across FNB.One minute my account is under debt review and the next the account is not under debt review.OH PLEASEEEEEEEE MAAN,FNB must get their house in order.They are messing with people’s lives here. Maybe my mistake was asking for discount on my balance which other bank are happy to give especially when want settle the account but NOT FNB.Right now I don’t even care whether I get the discount or not I just this over and done with.
