FNB the worst bank ever and a complete ripoff

<p>I am utterly disgusted with FNB's service and the way they treat their clients. Each and every time they pull off amounts from my cheque account which have not been authorised by me. I had loans previously which i was unable to pay due to being unemployed. I have made payments arrangements of R250 a month. Yet you guys have the ordasity to pull off thousands out of my bank account and then when i lodge complaints you want to refund. I have a family to support and who gives you the right to just deduct as you please. This needs to stop. I require my refund asap of the R1000 you have deducted. Thuis needs to stop im glad ill be closing my account with fnb and will never bank there again. Capitec cares FNB does not.</p>
