FNB the worst bank ever

As a Wealth client for more than 15 years, I app**** for a Bond for a house I wanted to purchase. Your credit division got exactly the same information that all the other banks got from me on my applications and yet your division took more than 3 weeks to come back to me requesting more information. The other banks granted me a bond in a week and yet your credit division still does not understand how to analyse my income statement from my business. I have subsequently left your bank and i think your service is absolutely shocking. You lost out on a home loan, my persoanal business accounts, my business accounts and now my investments from a property sale. You should be ashamed of yourselves and yet your call centre calls me daily asking me if i would like a Covic 19 relief loan. Are you mad?
