FNB the worst bank ever.

I have been banking with FNB all my life. I have had enough of this bank, and I am considering to close my check account with immediate effect To my surprise, I cannot get any credit facility out of this bank except for Devices. I app**** for vehicle finance a year ago, all banks approved except for FNB. I took my car finance through ABSA which is not even my bank. I app**** for Home Loan this month with my wife, all banks approved, except for FNB. Nedbank came with a good offer which we took. At some point I was told that I am going under debt review of which I am not. They cleared that status on their side but still it does not help. They cannot give me a loan or credit card. I like to bank with them but for what though? I rather give business to other banks that care.
