Fnb the worst bank ever

Please FNB why do you keep doing this. Why was money deducted from my account again? Something is just not right here. That money is not even mine. Highly dissapointed. Last month again I stopped my debit orders but you deducted the money you paid me credit insurance. All of it you made sure you wipe it. So whats there to insure if you pay and deduct thesame amount
