FNB - the WORST bank ever

As a bank , FNB is just useless. I don't know why their slogan is HOW can we help you ? When in fact they do the total opposite . They put a hold on my account for no reason - I am NOT in arrears. I became retrenched and they tell me I have no credit life insurance .. but is this not a legal requirement? This is why people just decide to not approach companies when life happens and their finances are affected because businesses like FNB don't give a damn. No one cares that you have always been a loyal client, never been in arrears or had judgements but the moment life happens to you, they could care less to assist you. FNB sucks !!
