FNB the worst bank ever

I am so disappointed with FNB home loans department.

I app**** for a home loan over 3 months ago and got approval now FNB is refusing for the bond attorneys to lodge my bond application and state that I have not signed my debit check mandate whereas FNB have not sent me the debit check mandate as yet.

I have called the FNB home loans departments countless times and they have reassured me that my issue will be sorted.

It’s been over a week and I still have not received the debit check mandate.

The bond attorneys cannot lodge the bond application on my behalf and will even start charging me legal fees.
