FNB the worst bank ever

FNB is a decent bank I if you are a regular Steve but other than that you are in for a nightmare.<br> <br> Trying to open up a trust account with them is one of the hardest tasks ever. <br> Unfortunately no one at their call center seems to know who you should speak to and what forms you should complete.<br> <br> After being sent around a long loop between our private, business banker and other call centers were finally helped by someone who previously advised is that they can't help us. Then after multiple form submissions and then being told this is the last step we are once again told that they can't open the account because the documents they sent us to complete were not acceptable.<br> <br> The account is still not open despite trying for over two months now.<br> <br> This is the worst banking experience I have ever had.
