FNB the worst bank ever

It is with sadness that I am writing this review, and it's the 2nd one I am writing and still haven't even received a satisfactory response.

I wanted to close my account in July, and at that time I had only 600 balance, 2as told that the branch in Grassy Park, couldn't close at that time due to some issues.

I then got on phone and asked debit orders etc... Be stopped

Guess what, has not been done, my balance now is R2500+ and it keeps on going up, this bank is definitely up to NO good and they are definitely not looking after their clients, because I've been phoning, etc... No luck what so ever.

What a bad customer experience, and honestly, I will NEVER recommend them ever.

Absolutely disgusted in their ignorance.
