Fnb the worst bank
Bad experience and very dissapointed with Fnb two months in a row I've been charged close to 400 in August and 220 in September for debit orders that go off my account last month they reversed the charges but this month they telling me they won't how do I get charged 220 for a r80 debit order this is just the worst bank worst of all in July money went off my account and they couldn't even explain where it went from a company named credit genie they said I made a purchase when I never used my card on the day

02 Oct 2020, 13:41Still no help from Fnb they sent me a email saying the money was credited but they are referring to Augusts issue which happens the same way they didn't even bother to look at the one on the 25th of September that I'm unhappy about I'm really fed up how do you charge 220 for bounced debit that's under 100 I want my money back and as a unhappy customer I will make sure I'm the last person you do this to
