Fnb, the worst bank by far
I registered a business on cipc and paid the fee to open an fnb account.
Still nothing has been done
I wanted to get a credit card on an existing account to be delivered in September...
Still nothing has been done.
FNB has been shining in their absense in service delivery ...Again!!!

01 Nov 2024, 10:08Yesterday Icreceived a call from customer service agen Boersak from FNB just tocinform me the account is open.
I specifically told him to have a look if the accou t is visible on my Personal Profile ... listed under all the accounts.
I ha e previously spoken (before the account was opened) to Reneilwe, who I also told the account must be visible on my personal profile.
