Fnb the worst

On the 23rd of December I've gone to an Fnb atm as normal to draw money and after an unsuccessful 2nd attempt I took a look at my statement which showed that my account was frozen. On entering the branch to enquire about my account they could not provide me with exact details as to y it was frozen. After further investigation I learnt that my account was blocked by a 3rd party outside of Fnb. My account number was given to Fnb by my ex wife to claim for future maintenance of which myself and her are supposed to go to court for to have the matter resolved. What gives her my ex wife the right and how can Fnb in whom I put my trust to keep my money safe allow a 3rd party to have dealings with my personal finances. I'm still without money and could not provide for my children's schooling to date as it's still frozen. I had to remain at home for the rest of December holidays and could not provide for my children. As soon as this matter is resolved I will not be dealing with Fnb ever again. To make matters worse I've also got a revolving loan account with them of which I took out retrenchment protection cover. After submitting my claim for cover as I became unemployed few months earlier Fnb continues to deduct from my account even though my account is frozen. So they have access to my account but I dnt...period. I cannot express my anger and frustration for the many inconveniences this bank has caused me.
