FNB the worse bank ever.

I am really disappointed with FNB as I have been ****** by another company called LML Solutions. The company called me and promised to clear my name in the credit beraux. They told me to have negotiated with my creditors whom I have arrears with them and I am supposed to pay two installments via them (LML). First month they debited R3900 from my FNB cheque account. My creditors started to bother me and I called LML Solutions to find out. They have been promising to call me back with no coming back. I wrote emails to them to refund me as I paid creditors on my own. They ask me to go to the bank and make reversals. The FNB promised to reverse the money within 40 days, on the 36th day they (FNB)send SMS and email saying, the reversal is failed. I am concerned that the FNB can assist these companies robbing it's clients to win the battle. I am very disappointed that FNB failed to help me. I need to close all the accounts I have with FNB as they allow it's clients to struggle with these ripping companies. Important: Do not put your trust on FNB, they don't live their sloggan. "How can we help you", Do not answer them, they can't help you with anything.
