FNB the worse!!!

Absolutely pathetic service!!! I am trying to a settlement amount from you guys for days now and no one can give me a clear amount!!! I am waiting in the line for 34mins at your branch for someone from your call centre to pick up our call!!! Is this how you value your clients?!

I have been to the branch two days now and I have been taking time off work for this!!

You have no consideration for the people of this country and their jobs!!!
