FNB the unhelpful and pathetic service bank

RE: [REF:***] i received an e mail to say this was resolved however when i do my bank recon the money is still missing

it have now been close to 3 weeks.

Card ***** keeps saying the money went out and came back into the account it did not it went out and was never returned, i did not approve the amount that was taken out of the account

Once again FNB are steeling or at least allowing peoples money to be ******.

almost a year ago i logged Query ***

where FNB deducted 3400 rand off my credit dacrd 2 x i am still waiting for the return of this outstanding amount.

Query *** this reference number i was suddenly sent a mail that asked me to fill in a dispute form i asked them in a mail to call me gave them my number as well below is the mail i sent to them

"As per usual FNB are not very helpful

I no longer have the card I used for this transaction and the option to select for what happened does not show me what I need to select

Why is FNB so Pathetic this has been a problem for a year and now suddenly they want a despute form that has very little information on it
