Fnb the ***** that comes at night

How can a bank just do whatever they want and when it suits them? Having an account with fnb is like living with a ******er, you never know when he is going to strike. I get paid on the 1st of the month yet fnb finds it amusing to deduct my monthly account charges on the 25th which leaves me and my family in a pickle if that was our only money. Same with fnb connect, you just debit when it suits you and not on my salary day. I want it ALL reversed and deducted on the 01st as it is meant to be or I might just make my bed elsewhere.
