FNB the subpoena Case FNB don't let there customers know
I am a Private Client at FNB. Went through a divorce and ex Wife lawyer subpoena me and FNB did not inform me. Normally when someone have a case against you. you have 10 days to appoint a lawyer so that it can be taken of the table.
The Sheriff assign the dates and everything wrong to the bank. FNB legal team approved the subpoena and sent it out and sent 13months of statements and not only 12.
This bank that don't help and put you as a customer first must have NO clients.
