FNB the *****ster!!!!
I am so furious at the way FNB decides to debit an individual's bank account. I have vehicle finance and usually the account gets debited on the 26th. According to my statement and the sms I received on my phone the debit order went off on 26 Feb 2025. I then received a deposit on 27 Feb 2025 and another debit order for the same amount went off.
I went to the bank to enquire and the reasons provided did not make sense because there was sufficient funds in the account.
I want FNB to reverse the funds immediately, because the account is not in arrears, it is in very good standing.

03 Mar 2025, 08:44Guys do not do business with FNB and Wesbank, you will be sent from pillar to post. Neither party are interested in to assist with the refund.
To bring you up to speed with my query, someone from Wesbank calls to "assist" with my query, when in fact he was not. He blatantly told me to visit an FNB branch to resolve my query of which I initially went to FNB prior and they called Wesbank because that's the vehicle department.
Do not take your business to FNB and Wesbank or you'll regret it!!!!
