FNB the reason for my bad credit

I had a temporary loan with FNB in 2019. The loan was paid in full on 31/01/2020. A lot of emails, phone calls and branch visits later and they are still putting the loan on my ITC stating that I do not pay them. 1 year and 7 month later after I received the paid up letter.
