FNB - The predatory bank

FNB. The bank that outsources a multitude of its products and services and then provides ZERO support to customers for said products and services while customers are forced to continue paying.

I've been trying for months to have the CPP (customer protection plan) removed from a loan that I took out with FNB as I ceded over my FNB life policy for this purpose, I have wasted hundreds of rands of airtime to try call them because the branch can't assist and I get no responses to my emails. I cannot wait to be done with my loan so I can close my account.
