FNB, the place NOT to get a loan

As a client of FNB, it took me just on 6 weeks to apply for and get an extension on my home loan to do some much-needed home improvements. What a loathsome, frustrating and simply **** experience. The amount of back and forth, paperwork, FNB paperwork poorly worded with little help to get it right, and I need to constantly follow up and ask where the process is. Just not a nice experience and I really wonder why I am still with FNB.
