FNB the Other Useless Business Bank

Once again no stars. FNB advertise themselves as a business friendly bank with online banking including Forex facilities. This is only true if you don t need to receive funds from abroad or make forex payments. Take more than 24h for them to respond and up to 48 hours to provide you with an exchange rate quote. Businesses do not have time to spend 3 hours on the phone to get forex payments released. I certainly don t.
