FNB -The only dependable thing about your service is how undependable it is

I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received from FNB. As a private banking client, I expected better. I’ve had to explain my situation over and over again, only to be transferred from person to person — and still, no one seems to know what’s going on. On top of that, some of the agents have been downright rude.

It doesn’t make sense to pay high fees for such poor service. I’ve tried to be patient, but I’ve reached my limit. I no longer feel valued, and ill be looking to move my business elsewhere.
