Fnb the only bank that downgrades your credit if you settle it everytime!! No outstanding but lets penalize you

When i started with fnb i eventually received a 5k temporary loan!! After about 2 months it was increased to 7k and then to 9k!! I have paid back every single loan and now i see i only get offered 5k again? How is that possible?? Nothing had changed in my acc?? The same with the creditcars they gave me!! Fnb offers me a upgrade to pvt wealth card for what? To pay more bankcosts and still have the same creditlimit?? The fnb app can figure out i earn pvt wealth income but still i get these creditlimits on my creditcard of 10k which is just ridiculous!! I can tell what is going to happen i am going to get an email saying high priority complain and guess what? I will get some consultant contacting me with some lame excuse!! Sir we can see you have paid and settle every loan from fnb but this and that is there excuse!! Again like people say fnb pvt banking is waste of time!! More costs for nothing
