FNB the next Telkom
Forced Life insurance at 3x the price on a personal loan. Given the run around for over an hour and 6 different consultants to seed a metropolitan life policy to my FNB personal loan. Also given incorrect email address to send documents too. FNB are becoming the next telkom. If i could leave a 0 star review i would.

17 Oct 2019, 12:38FNB very quick on the draw to reply to a negative comment but nearly a week later and still no resolution. Taken out a replacement policy which they said is not sufficient, didnt have retrenchment cover. Still waiting for a response on the updated policy (including retrenchment cover) quotation sent through to fnb on the 15th. (Still getting a repeat generic mail even when CCing the consultant that deals with Hellopeter responses.) Shockingly disappointed.
