FNB- The most useless bank ever

FNB sent me a message to contact them to confirm my details. I called and spoke to a consultant who assisted me and confirmed that my account is now up to date.

I wanted to make a transaction this evening and boom FNB has blocked my account… really.

What is wrong with FNB. We do as you ask but still go ahead and block my account. The inconvenience….Useless bank.
