FNB - THE MOST PATHETIC BANK IN RSA!!

I do not even know where to begin. Our business account was opened with FNB end 2019 and from there it was just a nightmare! From blocking our account by "accident" for a week to not knowing why certain functions are not active on their absolute nightmare of an "Online Enterprise" system. I have been emailing a certain Juqu Sivenathi (***) and , Zanele Rankapole (FNB Business)' (***) for 2 weeks in regards to the "Buy" function that is not active on the account. Zanele chose to ignore me and Sivenathi gave me the "I referred it" for a week and also chose to ignore me after that. If and when a person eventually get through to an agent, they are arrogant and extremely bad mannered. Nobody else in the whole of FNB seems to know what is going on. I STRONGLY recommend NOT making use of FNB!!!!
