FNB the most overly hyped useless bank in South Africa

FNB is the most overly hyped useless bank in South Africa. Over the last month multiple customers including myself were ****med where money was withdrawn from FNB accounts. This happened to me, the ***** department at FNB even contacted to let me know of the *****, only to be told "its my fault, i clicked on a link of which i let be known that i didn't. Bare in mind that most customers that had the same experience mostly expressing that they didn't click on any link sent. After reporting to the branch I was told it will be sorted in 6 weeks- this happened August and still ****en waiting. FNB pay back my money and my monthly fees, I pay monthly for zero protection from this bank. And their reps are so arrogant like their bank doesn't survive on having customers.

A friend banking with Tymebank had this issue and it was sorted in 2 weeks. FNB is now bested by banks that haven't even existed for a decade
