FNB the ****mer organization fund

FNB is a big ***** in *****ing money and come up with all excuses. Over R6 000 got taken out of my account, I phoned and reported the issue. I have stop everything. The next I noticed the some of the money got refunded. I wanted to transfer money and noticed that the money that was refunded, got ****** again out of my account at the same place. I phoned again and 2 months later I am was still waiting for any feedback, until today this louzy fool FNB responded back. They claim that there was no such as ***** or theft on my account. What concern me is that they could quickly respond back and say that there was an transaction being done but was accepted via digital banking. And looks like with digital wallet and that is secured by online security. I'm not a fool, nothing can or will ever be 100% secured. Easy to blame customer but with ads you guys are there. Bull****, you guys are *****ing. Can't even supply me with proof of what device it was done with. And on the email there is a email address for any queries, but the page or email is not available. Is this a ****, or has fnb become a ****mer organization
