FNB The Lier

So FNB had a promotion where if you where not banking with them and had a vehicle finance with them through Wesbank you could qualify for a R1000.00 to help you with your car needs. So they sent me this promotion mail and I opted for them to call me, they did call and after explaining all requirements to me I qualified for R1000.00 which was to be paid into the FNB Cheque account after 60 days of switching salary and 2 debit orders to FNB. I have contacted FNB to try and get reasons as to why I did not receive this money even though all requirements are met and this is now long past the 60 days, FNB (Sydney Sithole) sent me to Liquid Vehicle Capital (spoke to Lesego) who then sent me to Wesbank (spoke to a lady called Bo) who then sent me back to FNB where I spoke to Simphiwe who also sent me to FNB complaints department.

I feel very cheated by FNB now that I have moved my banking to them under the false promotion they were running. Up till now I still haven't been assisted and it looks like they don't wanna pay this money. FNB is a big bank and they sure know about the promotion but they just won't send you to the right people to speak to. I am planning to move all my banking needs away from FNB for good and would not advice anyone to fall for their games.
