Fnb the hoodini ebucks masters

I simply cannot understand how I am constantly not earning ebucks. I earn for a month and then boom nothing at all. Now it says the samething about an account in arrears when there is nothing in arrears.

The bank needs to give me my ebucks and stop this nonsense of making me call in, constantly send emails...it's becoming annoying!!

Just to clarify, it states that a revolving facility is in arrears but how can it be in arrears when I sent all the documents to you guys and the debt company to say that the so called account which was never in arrears now be in arrears
