FNB THE HIDDEN TRUTH

These past months,I've had nothing but pathetic service from FNB. Trust me when I say these words. Theyareidiots,*********** people who cannot deliver as what they strive for. I banked with them over 12 years and during the last 2 years,I've become unmoved and have end stage renal failure. Yes I have had debts and tried to pay these a nd close the account but it seems like they just do cate anymore and as a result the interest is adding on monthly. Where do I go?? What or whom do I contact as I've running out of options now and very frustrated. I've sent numerous complaints but still nothing gets done. Several ppl have tried to assist me but failed. Is FNB have such people working for them that don't care???
