FNB - The Height of Frustration

<p>Despute Department - I have still no email from them after calling twice. I wish it was so simple because to eventually get to this Dispute department took me over an 2 hours. After each call to them I do receive an email to rate them but no email with the form to complete, which will take a further 7 days for them to give a response but with confidence Im told, no assurities that it will be in your favour.</p> <p>This issue made me remember that I had a dispute around a year ago and did complete forms in the branch but to this day, I have never heard from FNB on that issue.</p> <p>Is this going to be the same?</p> <p>Totally disapointed and dismayed with you, FNB</p>
