FNB THE HEARTLESS BANK!

Since 2010/05/21 I made eft payments to Groenewald Lubbe for my husband's credit card (Their reference is: DC6699 and they have it as client ***.The total amount of payments made to them since 2010 amounts to R20922.23. The opening balance of this credit card was R26159.35. I made further payments directly to FNB CARD LEGAL in the amount of R9900.00 since 26/02/2015. So in total we have paid an amount of R30822.23 on this credit card. I realise that it may have accumulated interest but I think that you can put this account to rest with you and with GL. I recently asked GL to liaise with FNB to write off this debt as they have received the money that was outstanding. My husband was retrenched last year in June, had a heart attack in July and was diagnosed with stage 4 heart failure in March, He is now a complete invalid with no hope of recovery. I got the message from GL that FNB have instructed them to continue with collection, I have never dealt with such a heartless ban****!!
